The best way to search for/choose a macro course

I have been accepted to a graduate program at Georgetown, DC, but one prerequisite is that I finish a course in macroeconomics by Aug 1, since I never took it when I was an undergraduate. I am currently living abroad so I am planning to take an online course. I was planning to enroll through Philadelphia Community College since I am still a legal resident there but I am worried about it one, because they have been very uncommunicative so far, not responding to my email requests for information, and two, because I think I'll need a textbook to follow along with the materials and I'm not sure I can get a copy where I live

So my question is how can I find a reputable online course that would fulfill that requirement? I started by doing a google search but I don't want to waste a lot of time trying to weed out the scams. Of course I'll run my decision by the grad program before I enroll but if anyone can help me save some time in my search it would be great.

The philly community college course costs around $500 so something around that would be reasonable.

If all the materials are online (no textbook) that would be a plus

thanks so much for any ideas!

Excelsior has an 8-week macro course startingin May
    Error: need cookies

Clovis CC has a course starting in May (relative low cost)

UC Berkeley has a course (IMO UCB credits look good on a transcript)
Introduction to Macroeconomics course - UC Berkeley Extension

If you can't obtain a text book maybe you could gleam enough knowledge by using free online courses such as this:
Free Online Course Materials | Economics | MIT OpenCourseWare
And by searching the internet or using a local library (you might also find an e-book).
