Math Requirement for online BA

I am taking college level courses now with an eye towards getting my BA, probably online. What is the math requirement for getting a BA online?

 

Hi Sheila - No one will be able to answer this precisely because the requirement will probably vary from one school to the next. You best bet is to pick out a couple of schools that might interest you and then cruise through their website and look for the degree requirements. It's going to be different depending on your major. They won't expect an English major to be as good at Math as a Physics major. So you'll need to make at least some tentative decisions about your area of interest in order to get an idea of the required curriculum. Good luck.

 

College Algebra it the most common.....but Kizmet's advice is dead on.

 

If you were to pursue n online BS or BA in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College the minimum math requirement is 2 semester units:
