Why is it that every other post I make has to be reviewed by moderators? It would be a lot more helpful if I was able to actually post and reply to things without waiting 48 hours before it showed up. By that time my post was probably not even relevant. Come on!

Start posting more. There is an undisclosed number of posts that must be moderated, after you pass that, your posts will show up right away. It's controlled by the software, not us.
Also, I'd like to add that all the Mods are volunteers, have full-time jobs, families, are in school and still manage to squeeze in a little sleep now and then. So if you have to wait a bit it's mostly because we're all busy living our hectic lives. Thanks for your patience.
