Lancaster University offers Ph.D in Management (no courses) only dissertation by to be completed in 5 years with two residencies per year in Lancaster, UK. There is no scholarship available. All part-time Ph.D programs do not offer scholarship or fellowship. In order to receive scholarship you have to able to do full-time to teach/research to compensate your tuition.

Other school you can do part-time Ph.D in Management.
    -Northcentral University
    -Capella University
    -Walden University

I want to attend Lancaster University's program; however, the VA does not pay tuition.

Will they not pay because it is dissertation only and no coursework? There are a lot of programs in the UK that are on their approved list.

Because the VA rules that if you attend distance learning school outside of the United States; the program must be accredited by the US ac creditors under the Department of Education. Otherwise, you have to attend on campus.

The only school I see is Deakin University in Australia..accredited by DETC.
