And... another "threat of the week", again from Euclid. Slightly more literate.

So here's another fine threat from Euclid. For those not familar, you can re-read last week's threat.

I find it interesting that this week's threat is from a new "attorney", one equally unfindable in Martindale, and a threat to file in Texas. Oldtimers might remember what happened when Sheila Danzig had her incompetent attorney file against Steve Levicoff in Texas. I think this attorney might be well advised to do a little boning up on the subject. :)

Yes, but that attorney actually existed, and actually filed a lawsuit. I have no doubt that this attorney is a sock puppet.

A sock puppet who did not do well in grammar school.

Granted, not every lawyer in the United States is listed in Martindale (it's voluntary), but pretty much every state has a searchable database for members of their state Bar. I have no desire to do so, but I'm willing to bet that a search of every state database would not locate the sock puppet attorney.

Chip, do you ever send succinct replies like "Go shit in your hat"? It would be hilarious to see them try to translate that into Urdu or Yoruba.

Well... I usually don't give them the satisfaction of any reply at all (other than to post the threat here at degreeinfo), unless the threat is so ridiculously laughable (such as the Ruth Heneri-Rose Donatelli matter where it's actually entertaining to engage the individual making the threats.

His command of the English language is "powerful", btw what did the forum do to "deface" them?

Not a good translation in these two languages. One day I hope to learn Swahili. When I do, I will come back and tell you how poor that translation is as well. For the fun of it, how do you say this in Esperanto?

JB: We aims to please. Iri merd' en via ĉapelo.

Actually the first correspondence course I ever took was learning Esperanto, when I was a junior. There was a small Esperanto club at Reed, and we took the course (for about six months, anyway) by mail from a teacher in Luxembourg.
