Hey everybody, I'm on the lookout for a good PHD program in TEOSL/ESL. I found that Northcentral U has one, but after reading a few threads here on DI, I'm not sure NCU is a viable option. So I'm looking for any guidance you can offer me.

Just to broaden the search, I am also interested in a Reading/Writing Literacy PHD as well. Either one of the two would be perfect for what I want to do next.

NCU is not really that bad - just the admin side of it can be a struggle.

Thanks everyone, some nice suggestions; I'll look into it everything and see if I can find a fit.
