Hi all. I recently received my M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy. I'd like you possibly complete a doctorate degree in a similar field online or at a B&M school that does not require GREs. My GPA was a 3.8 for my master's program. Does anyone know of any schools?

I know Walden University has a Ph.D in Management with an Environmental track. Ideally, I would like to teach at a university when I've completed my education.

Anyone care to share some guidance?

I do not know any schools offer such as degree; however, Columbia University (Ivy League) offers Doctor of Engineering Science in Earth and Environmental Engineering via distance learning. My understanding that the program requires 30 credits beyond a Master degree (courses); and 12 credits for dissertation. During the courses, students do not require to attend campus, but only during the dissertation phases.

There is a doctoral program offered through the state of Montana to train doctoral level science educators. One of the areas of concentration is environmental science. The program is sponsored by several universities working together in Montana. The website: CLTW Homepage This is the Center of Learning and Teaching in the West.

It seems that the work is online with several residencies required. It is difficult to extract information from this particular website but there is contact information there and it should lead you in the right direction.

    I hope this helps.
