Note the fine print: "Residents of the State of Nevada, USA and the British Virgin Islands are unable, under law, to be admitted as students of Golden State University' " Not a good sign.
Something I never read in the catalog of good ole UCR during the six years I was there: Residents of the state of California, by law, are not allowed to enroll in the University of California. OR Welome to UCR: Your degree will be valid in 27 of the contiguous United States! OR "Ph.D. total fee, not including books, $2,700, ten percent discount if you pay up front (offer not valid in Oregon). Craig
