    Hey guys,

    I am currently doing a bachelors of arts in business administration at Ashford. I really like the program and find it rather easy. I would like more of a challenge and would like to transfer credits to the University of London international program online.

    Does anyone know if this is possible? I have done research but I am not sure if they would accept me since I am transferring from Ashford University.

    Also anyone know if it is possible to transfer from a bachelors of arts in business admin to a bachelors of science ?

    Also is UoL like Ashford where you can enrol at any time or does it have semesters ?

    If you're not satisfied with Ashford, there are many, many undergraduate RA business programs in the United States which may serve you better than a foreign degree.

    Besides the usual suspects (The Big Three), there are programs such as the University of Wyoming that can be completed at a very modest cost, completely online;

    I have really set my eyes on UoL. I still want to do distance education because I have a full time job which is also my career.

    Does anyone have more information about the transfer or this university ?

    If you stay with Business Administration you'll likely be under the direction of either Royal Holloway or the London School of Economics. You can read about Royal Holloway's transfer policies on page 23 of their prospectus here - http://www.londoninternational.ac.uk/prospectus/bsc_busadmin_pros.pdf LSE explains similar policies starting on page 82 of their own prospectus - http://www.londoninternational.ac.uk/prospectus/emfss_prospect.pdf

    If you're considering changing fields, you can see a list of all the undergraduate programs here - Distance learning - University of London - UoL - online education - Undergraduate - with links to application material and policies.

    If you're close to completing your Ashford degree, you can also look at the "Graduate Entry Routes" at UoL, which allow you to get a second undergrad degree with fewer courses than your first degree.

    Obviously, I cannot predict what might happen for you....... however, a couple of years ago I thought about enrolling in UoL and had transcripts, etc. sent to them for transfer credit.

    UoL accepted all my credits -- that specifically applied to the program/courses.

    It seems as long as the credits are accredited and specifically applicable to the program and courses you are applying for, they are glad to work with you.

    The only way you will know for sure, of course, is to have official transcripts sent and see what they tell you.

    Kind regards
