    AIIAS: Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies

    The Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) is a graduate level educational institution of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. AIIAS (pronounced "I-Us") is a locally and internationally accredited institution located in Silang, Cavite, Philippines, about 25 miles (40 km) south of Manila. The institution, with students and faculty from over 50 countries, is composed of two schools: the Theological Seminary and the Graduate School (formerly known as the School of Graduate Studies or SGS). The Seminary offers degree programs in Applied Theology, Biblical Studies, and Theological-Historical Studies, and SGS offers degrees in the areas of Business, Education, and Health.

    AIIAS Was made a GC institution of graduate education by action of the Annual Council in 1996. It became the fourth GC educational institution after Andrews University, Loma Linda University, and Oakwood College. It is also the first one outside the U.S.

    Commission of Higher Education of the Republic of the Philippines (CHED)
    Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA), by the
    Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU); Association of Theological Education in South East Asia (ATESEA).
