Taking the GRE

    Hey all -

    So I'm taking the GRE in about 20 days. For those of you who have taken a GRE computerized exam, what were your observations and problem areas?

    I especially appreciate commentary from those who (like me) are stronger verbally than quantitatively. I'd like to do as little prep as possible for this exam as I've got Cisco exams bookend-ing my test date.

    Can we know what this GRE for?
    Is it GRE for MBA/MS/PhD programs or
    Subject GRE's ?

    General GRE exam, computer based. Purpose is for doctoral admissions.

    I took GRE a couple of years ago. Did about 3 weeks of study and was able to score high. The book i studied is "GRE Prep Course with Software and Online Course by Jeff Kolby". The book covered pretty much everything on the test.
