    Hi All,
I've been searching for a DL - non-resident MA/MEd that is focused primarily in DL/E-learning. Although some offer Educational Technology, they seem to be focused on management rather than generation/implementation.

I'm quickly approaching retirement from the Armed Forces and would like to focus my current educational efforts on designing and implementing DL technology, primarily web-based.

I have only found two institutions (Jones International & University of Maryland) with an emphasis in my areas of interest, and was looking for any more suggestions, particularly ones focused on media.

The institution would also have to be "State-side" and accredited by a body recognized by DoE, for I would be using Military Tuition Assistance (TA).

Has anyone heard of or have negative feedback concerning JIU??They show accreditation from NCA, but I have not run across anyone who has had any dealings with them at all.

Some great thought provoking discussions on some of the trials, tribulations and debacles involving DL in this forum, I look forward to reading and participating more.

Strongly recommend that you consult Jonnie's Distance Learning Page at:
    http://www.geocities.com/liu_jonathan/distance.html

Scan down the page to the DL Professional Degrees, and then to Education...

You will find links to the following RA schools that offer what you're looking for:

    Cal State Univ - Hayward
U of Maryland - Univ College

Although it's not listed, I also seem to recall that Florida State Univ also had a program in this too (?)

Best of luck in your upcoming retirement,
    BruceP
