I like with what Western Governor's has done with their set tuition cost on a yearly basis, and not based on credits. Is there other online schools similar to it?

I know Cleveland Institute of Electronics(World College) does as well, but would love to know if other schools have a similar approach in that regard.

Years ago, IIRC, the Comprehensive Tuition Plan at Thomas Edison State College offered unlimited TESC-source credits within a year for a bundled fee. Then it was capped at 36.
