Capella technology glitch

    A question for those of you experienced with Capella U.: how's the tech end of things?

    I ask because today is my first day of a course and my user name and password failed to work, after trying several times. I also had trouble getting into the course demo a few weeks ago. I was linked to an alternate though truncated version. I'm still waiting to hear from tech support...

    So, is this the usual state of things, or just an unfortunate and rare glitch?

    Rather rare from my experience with Capella.

    Hi There,

    I'm happy to report that I've not had any technology glitches with Capella. I finished my MS there and am now in the PhD program. You could call me a basically a satisfied customer.

    Thanks, Howard and Michele! I finally got into everything (two bits of missing/mis-information cleared right up). Am now venturing into Capellaland with greater confidence and ease.
