RATCHFORD UNIVERSITY RIP OFF !!!

This is a CONSUMER ALERT:

University Consulting Services also known as
Professional Degrees.com also known as RATCHFORD UNIVERSITY is a fraudulent business operation.

Apparently, these guys are just collecting credit card
numbers to charge against and are not delivering anything for it. The whole operation is a charge and run scam and many people have lost money including my friend. If you have any information on this enterprise or if you have been a victim of this scam please notify the NC Attorney Generals office at (919) 716-6400.
