Distance learning Organizational or Consulting doctoral programs

Would appreciate any feedback re: the doctoral programs in Organizational Psychology programs at Capella U or Walden in terms of the breadth and depth of their curriculum and the level and quality of faculty involvement. One of my colleagues is interested in attending one of these programs and any feedback would be appreciated.
