A good friend and colleague is assembling files on the "San Moritz" group of ten or more fake schools. He is especially eager to get copies of diplomas and transcripts. If you are a victim who can help (anonymously is fine), or otherwise have such documents, it would be very much appreciated if you would send copies (blocking out all names). The ones he needs to complete his 'set' are:
U of San Mortiz, U of Palmers
    Green, Shelbourne U, Kilcullen U, Glencullen U

You could either communicate directly with him at
    [email protected]
or, if you prefer, directly with me, and I'll be the go-between.

    Thank you.

    John,

I wonder, has anybody responded to your above request?

I heard from one reporter who was working on a story on a local prominent woman with three San Moritz degrees. The reporter had photographed the diplomas on this person's wall. That's it, so far. It is possible that people will communicate directly with the person doing this research.

Not this will help any one bit. But a client of mine (MIS Manager of a large Guitar Amp manufacturer) had a University of Palmers Green Diploma on his office wall. I remember it because it looked peculiar because it had no place of origin on it. No country, state, city...nothing. Just the date of the degree which was dated 1992. It looked ordinary but authentic, it had a gold/greenish seal but not the foil type and I believe it had some form of a red border or something red in it. And someone's illegible signature. I asked one of his staff where the school was and they said "somewhere in England".

Thank you, BobC. I suspect every little bit helps. The basic structure of the Palmers Green (etc.) scam has been known for some time: mail drops in England and Ireland, telemarketing from Romania, printing in Israel, and banking in Cyprus. But the diplomas are actually Federal Expressed from southern California, and interested parties are now delving into the details of what actually goes on between when the diplomas arrive from Israel in bulk and are sent out to customers.
