Besides the BBC and Poynter Institute courses, do you know of any other journalism/professional writing/communications/media relations/public relations/public affairs that offer free online training courses with certificates (with or without CEU’s)?

Also, do you know of any free online training courses with certificates (with or without CEU’s) in business, entrepreneur, leadership, business management, photography, sports management, coaching, or marketing?

I have been in the journalism field for 9-years now, but it’s impossible to find a job in that field that's not in the PR field. As a result, I’m looking for other options, including a career in computers. I currently own two online publications, and I would like to be trained to become a photographer to work for my friend’s company.

I currently work for the Office of Emergency Management in my local county. But I don’t know if I want to do it for the rest of my life. My passion is in sports, so I would like to do something in sports related. If I pass an OEM Civil Service Test, I become a full-time permanent staff member.

    Credentials
Certificate, Rutgers University New Brunswick Green Jobs
Certificate, Rutgers University Camden Web Design (in progress, ending November)
Certificate, Rutgers University Camden IT Management (in progress, ending November)
Associate Degree, Burlington County College Journalism (in progress, ending December)
Bachelor Degree, The College of New Jersey (starting in January '12)

Courses/certificates that are free are generally worth what you paid for them.
