A few years back, I sent out a request to current students regarding the hybrid format of this program. To my chagrin, only one student replied. Unfortunately, her experience was hugely negative and she withdrew.

The school has approximately 50 online students currently, so I am hoping for a deeper review pool. Anyone lurking about with recent experience in NSU's Ph.D. program in Conflict Analysis & Resolution?

I looked into this program for a long time prior to making my decision to attend Sullivan University PhD - Conflict Analysis. The reviews on Nova’s program are mixed, people say it is difficult to transfer credits into the program. Also students say the program is expensive. I do know of an individual who attended the Ed.D program at Nova and she was very happy with it.
My overall experience with Nova's program was very mixed. I never formally applied to the program based on a lot of different reviews and the cost.
However to date, my experience with Sullivan University has been great. I will be starting classes June 27. I would look into Sullivan program at least to compare. I found Sullivan to be very helpful in making my decision.

I knew an acquantiance in the program and he seemed to be enjoying it (he was four courses in at the time). He relocated to another city last year or I'd check with him for an update. As I recall, everything he said about the program was positive. He found it challenging and rewarding academically and his academic pedigree was pretty impressive which I think says a lot about the quality of Nova's program.

Of course, I am partial to Sullivan's program :) One of our conflict management faculty received her doctorate from NSU's Conflict Analysis & Resolution program. She really enjoyed the course work and faculty, but they did yank her around at the end administratively and she had to wait quite a while for them to schedule her dissertation defense.
