Has anyone ever transferred course credit from an Oxford Department of Continuing Education course to Thomas Edison State College? I don't want to pay the hundred bucks to have it reviewed if someone already knows it won't work.
    Thanks!

    Oxford continuing education

As a young student and currently joined the Delta Celta program of Oxford Continuing Education I believe that I had the opportunity to improve my academia and skills through English fiction and poetry and provide specific work for each assignment given. There were times that I was looking for answers to valid questions regards films, short stories and other figurative language texts or prose that needed a lot of careful reading and attention.
My Greek language high school has taught me a different style of analyzing texts and that had gaps in figuring out how to make a perfect analysis without missing any prerequisite facts according to the one that is made in a British literature textual analysis.
At the whole period of the program I’ve never felt uneasy, as always knew that through the extensive reference of sources I could find what help in writing I was looking for. Of course, there were times that either a young reader as me at this age or even an experienced reader would have left with the same dismay or question in their faces. Little things that everybody must have in mind are that by exporting an assignment he can wait to reach his own criticism in parallel structure with that of the writer’s thoughts, feelings and ideas that we wants to transfer when he wrote the excerpt.
Adding to this, the whole experience and instructive steps as they went by and the literacy texts became more and more difficult was me to search in deeper areas were I could find deeper solutions to what was in quest for analysis. By this way, the whole technique of having the continuous feedback every week with a different chapter, poem or film to analyse got me to another level of various interpretations and analyses as well as assignments that were both demanding and interesting in constructivism.
Furthermore, as the course went by, I never really cared about the great scheme or the superb work that I could deliver as I was trying to keep a balance in between timelines and assignment deadlines. Controllability and dedication are the two important things that every one of us as a student must have in terms of reaching a good point to study for Oxford University and further studies.
Controllability as a tool to organise yourself and your time assignment project, trying never to deviate timelines and be responsible, pure and accurate in your ideas as even the writer would like to unfold his stories. Dedication as a reminder is to recall and remind you of your liability to provide all necessary information following the right guidelines as addressed by British literature and keep yourself unanimous to have all material in order.
Finally, we have yet to discover more skills and walk more steps in our continuing education and as the world goes by there is a great demand for more questions to be answered, more texts to be analysed, more assignments and films to be graded in order to reach a consensus criticism amongst scholars. In this millennium world there are shout casts or even mild writers that have not forgotten to work for us and speak up the meaning of the life, values, ethics and what is left in this literature world through their pen.
What is left after all, in a world as progressive as ours are those who can implement brilliant courses such as that of University of Oxford continuing education to give us a chance and hope, encourage and strengthen our crisis and skills to be heard in writing all over the world.

It is beyond any shadow of a doubt that through continuing education and Oxford University any student can reach to the point to get a great academia and skills by constructive analysis of different excerpts, poems, literacy texts, films.
As a privileged student I have the chance to experience all these through the period of my II, III Celta Delta diploma of Oxford University. As the time went by and the demands, the timelines and deadlines of the assignments were prominent, I never felt uneasy not for a while as the whole program was enriched with a great many resources. There are many difficulties that each student can deal with when having to plan and revise as well as organize an analysis of figurative language poems and texts, but once you learn the right away and guidance who to do it it’s a matter of closing your eyes second nature
As Greek student form high school I figured out that it was totally different from what I had learned for literature in my courses and the workload I had to provide in British literature. The objective skills that every student must have in detailed way are such as controllability and dedication.
Controllability should be apparent as a tool that we can use to remind us that we have a stand point and create a recall in order to keep our values, ethics and pure analysis of how and what is read and what is need to be analyzed.
Dedication, which is a variety of a meaningful parallel worlds, must be used while study in order to keep the timelines, deadlines and tome structure as to make us reliable and responsible not only for the time provided, but as an alert to remind us of what I spread and what the writer wants to be heard. In a world like ours, and as the world is increasingly sets points as demands we can only come with specific ideas and unique thoughts for any homework given.
Quest for knowledge is a must, yet everyone has the right to enrich his academic background and we still seek for answers. Constructivism and instructive texts are the only ones that can lead us to success, where we really want to express out own opinion and to be heard with modesty and pride.
As a student I started this program with oxford craving to have most of my knowledge enriched and have an idea of how many scholars before me had already felt. It is amazing if you thing that all those historical figures have in and out mostly read the same texts as you or even were at a point or time in the same fantasy or layout of what your thinking right now. It makes you feel that each time you put your pen and you’re heard you are unique with your own ay as each one of us comes from the same tree, we provide the same fruit but each one has a different taste.
Finally, reaching to the point to finish the two thirds of my delta in Oxford I would like to share a unique experience with all of you that most of you will be able to feel once the recognize how a small textual analysis given as homework can make you feel significant as it goes around the world and your pen has a stronger power than any mouth. At this point I believe that there is nothing more powerful to hurt or heal a person, city or a nation than that of a well constructed but flamed text.

So it sounds like you're taking Celta and Delta courses, which have to do with teaching English as a foreign language. You're two thirds of the way through the program, and ultimately hope to receive a diploma. Is that right?

It sounds like the program is offered through Oxford's Continuing Education department, but I couldn't find it on their website. Would you mind providing a link?

    :wtf:

Was there anything in there that got anywhere near answering the question about transferring credit to TESC?

Hobbits, the narrator explains, are little people, roughly half the size of humans, with thick hair on their feet, round bellies, and a love of good food, comfort, and security. Though some hobbits live in houses, they traditionally live in holes in the ground. The holes are not dank and smelly but comfortable, cozy underground dwellings with all the amenities of their aboveground counterparts. The hole occupied by the hobbit known as Bilbo Baggins is called Bag End. It is quite a pleasant dwelling, with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen, nestled in a snug little village under a hill.

Bilbo’s ancestry is somewhat noble by hobbit standards: his father was from the well-to-do, conventional Baggins family, but his mother was from the Tooks, a wealthy, eccentric family infamous for their unhobbitlike tendency to go on adventures. Despite his Took blood, however, Bilbo prefers to stay at home and live a quiet life.

On the day the story begins, Bilbo is enjoying a pipe outside his front door when an old man with a long cloak and a staff arrives. After the old man introduces himself, Bilbo recognizes him as the wizard Gandalf, who has created spectacular fireworks displays on holidays in Hobbiton, but Bilbo still looks on the old wizard with a suspicious eye. When Gandalf asks if Bilbo would be interested in going on an adventure, Bilbo declines and quickly excuses himself. He invites the wizard to come over for tea sometime but only so as not to seem rude—in reality, he wants nothing to do with Gandalf and his adventures.
When the doorbell rings the next afternoon, Bilbo assumes it is Gandalf. To his surprise, a dwarf named Dwalin pushes past him and promptly sits down to eat. Soon, other dwarves begin to arrive, and as Bilbo’s neat little home becomes crowded with dwarves, Bilbo becomes increasingly confused and annoyed. At last, Gandalf arrives with the head dwarf, Thorin. Credits do not transfer from foreign agencies without credential review. Each case is individual. Check with TESC The thirteen dwarves and the wizard nearly clean out Bilbo’s pantry before finally settling down to discuss their business.

It soon becomes clear that Gandalf has volunteered Bilbo to be a “burglar” for the dwarves on their adventure. The hobbit protests, and the dwarves grumble that the soft little hobbit does not seem suited to their adventure. Gandalf, however, is certain that Bilbo is useful, and insists that there is more to the hobbit than meets the eye.
The wizard then brings out an old map of a great mountain and points to a mysterious secret entrance, a door to which Thorin holds the key. Bilbo demands some clarification about the point of the whole expedition. Thorin explains that his grandfather, Thror, mined the mountain shown on the map and discovered a wealth of gold and jewels. Thror then became King under the Mountain, but his fantastic treasure attracted unwanted attention. Before long, the dragon Smaug came and killed or scattered all of Thror’s people. The dragon has been guarding the treasure ever since. Thorin and the dwarves are out to reclaim their rightful inheritance, even though they are unsure of what to do with Smaug when they find him.

Bilbo suspects that the dwarves want him to play a part in slaying the dragon. Although his Baggins side would like nothing better than to sit at home with his pipe, the Took influence in him fuels his curiosity about the adventure, and he is reluctantly excited by the tales of dragons and treasure and great battles. After looking at the map and discussing the adventure with the company, the hobbit makes up beds for all his guests and then spends the night in troubled dreams.
