anyone know of an RA school that will accept a student for just student teaching?

One of my kids has ALL of the coursework except student teaching for Arizona teacher certification. There is an option to get certified in Arizona without an institutional recommendation that is based on coursework and exams, but requires 8 semester hours of student teaching practicum.

She doesn't live in Arizona, but would use the Arizona certification to get reciprocity in her state of residence. Getting an institutional recommendation locally would cost her an additional two semesters of courses to get a minor she doesn't want or otherwise need. She has coursework far beyond what is normally covered in an alternative certification program and would have to do quite a bit of work at her original teacher education program because of changes in requirements.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to do student teaching without completing a school's teacher education curriculum?
