    Yeah, but everyone's enrollments should be climbing given the economy and the government urging folks to go back to school. I'd imagine only a few schools are performing poorly enough to not have at least marginally increasing enrollments.

    "Weak-minded folks", eh? What are they churning out at NCU, Jedis?

    Yes, they offer an EdS which stands for Education of Darthvader and Skywalker.
