Do you know any community colleges or universities with a variety of art courses offered via a distance or through independent study. I'm looking for the absolute lowest cost and I can mix-and-match schools (1 credit here, 10 credits there, etc.). Any number of credits (1, 2, 3, 4) is okay. Any art subject is okay too, e.g.: art history, illustration, sculpture, digital photography, PhotoShop, Corel, art education, printmaking, etc. and anything from 100-level undergraduate courses to advanced graduate courses are fine. Short certificate programs are also good.
