Question about PhD Degrees - Distance Learning

Hello,

I have tried searching on the web for a very long time but unsuccessful. Does anyone know where I can obtain a PhD degree (research or publication based) specialising in Linguistics or Psycholinguistics through distance learning (not an online degree) from a reputable university in the US, UK, or Australia?

After looking into the suggestions that you have provided, I only found one potential supervisor (Professor Paul Meara from Swansea University) who has a research interest in Psycholinguistics; however, he is retiring.

Will there possibly be other universities that might have supervisors with research interests in Psycholinguistics?
