Aspen Doctorate and Vet Question

    They are closed but I wondered if anyone here knew the answer.

    There 2011 catalog gives certain benefits to vets (eg no application fee and free books). It says this applies to graduate programs. Since people classify these differently I wondered whether this included the doctorate programs.

    I don't think they do. I went to Aspen University as Reservist/Veteran status. I paid $75.00 for application fee, and no free book neither.

    Capella University does offer FREE $75.00 for application fee. Also, free tuition through the Post 9/11 and Yellow Ribbon Program. I believe affective this August, you'll receive 50% national average housing allowance.
