I would like to find an online certificate in budgeting. Preferably it would have the following characteristics: regionally accredited university college credit (undergraduate okay, graduate preferred) brick-and-mortar uni with a good reputation study period less than one year I am considering the eCornell cert in Financial Management, but it is heavy on non-budgeting concepts. Don't mind the non-college-credit aspect since the school name is pretty good. Also looking at a Rutgers cert in Budget Accounting and Financial Management. Again, college name trumps college credit. Anyone have any suggestions of other programs? Or does anyone have any experience in these two programs? Thanks!
