Can someone who completed a 3-year diploma, then an MBA program, be admitted into an Master of Arts or Master of Science degree program in the US? Or will they likely be turned away because their only have a 3-year diploma, but no Bachelor's degree? I should note that the 3-year diploma seems modeled after the UK system of 3-year diploma + 1-year Honors BA.
Most US schools require a foreign degree be evaluated by an educational evaluation service. The 3-year diploma + MBA might be evaluated as equivalent of a 4-Year US bachelor degree by some evaluation agencies. So, it's better to zero-in the University you want to apply for, and contact their International Students Office on further procedures.
