I have decided to look at a few Executive Education Programs. With the corporate position I hold (managing 60+ employee nationally that provide educational services in healthcare facilities and manage $350M in service contract revenue), I feel these programs may be what I really need to excel.

    I have looked at-
UF - Leadership Development. I have drive to Gainesville every other Thursday for a a few months - UF Executive Education - Leadership Development

UF - Patient safety - The role I hold is to educate staff to ensure proper cleaning of medical devices - UF | Health Care Risk Management & Patient Safety

University of Tampa - I could do a Level II or Level III - they both have appeal
The University of Tampa - Tampa, Florida - Center for Leadership | Executive Education

Cornell - online and the price is in line with other programs listed - Executive Leadership - Online Certificate Program | eCornell

Any suggestions on these or other programs? I am leaning towards a live program vs. an online program. Does anyone have an experiences with any of these?
