Distance learning schools based in Europe

Hi everyone,

Currently, I am a pharmacist looking to broaden my research skills and international experience. I have a few questions if anyone may be of help.

Do you know of any search engines for distance learning European schools?

Or do you have specific recommendations for European schools, that have open enrollment (I would like to start by May 2011)?

Do you have any recommendations on inexpensive European online schools?

More specifically, I am trying to earn a master's or postgraduate certificate in research methods, clinical epidemiology, public health, and related subjects.
