I copied this from another site, I also have been elected to a such society.
Should I publish it on my on line resume or resume sent to employers?

It seems that more and more employers look for things like certifications, professional organizations, and work related things that one does in addition to experience and education. I do not see any downside of listing this as it shows that you are part of a organization that separates you from many of the other applicants out there. I would say go for it.

I am a member of Pi Lambda Theta for high GPA on my master's and that fact has benefited in a few situations. Anything that puts you ahead of the pack can be useful.
