Hi, I looking to enrol with Aspen Univ. MBA. I would like to get in touch with overseas students of Aspen, to understand the logistics of getting the textbooks from the States. I live in India. Cheers anand
Hi Anand, I am not a student of Aspen, but few tips for you: - Try to check if the text book has an online or e-book version. These are usually cheaper, and delivered digitally. - Check to see if the books are re-printed in India. Many publishers like McGrawHill etc do this, and these are very very cheap (10-20% of the cost of US versions). They are printed on cheap paper and no color, but who cares!
Thanks msganti, tips are very useful. However I am surprised that above question didnt caught attention of any overseas students of Aspen. Is there a forum or a place I can contact overseas students at Aspen? I have contacted the university, they are still getting in touch with students which whom to put me in touch. I am really desperately trying to talk to some students of Aspen studying from overseas, everything else looks okay to take the plunge to enrol in the MBA. Cheers anand
I do Penn Foster College from China, and haven't had too many problems other than having to wait 8-10 weeks for each course to be shipped here.
It sounds like you should be patient and give them the time it takes to fulfill your request. -=Steve=-
