Exercise Science / Fitness Training / Similar Disciplines

Does anyone have any great finds that meet the following criteria? This is for a friend who is in the market for another degree.

1. 100% online
2. Graduate degree (or concentrations/specializations) in exercise science, movement, kinesiology, fitness training, nutrition, and the like (MPAs are not really of interest unless there is a specialization in one of the aforementioned areas)
3. No thesis
4. RA
5. A price tag of $10,000 or under
