Do you just think of every area of study imaginable then come on here and asking for people to find you someplace where you can study it for free? Just off the top of my head, you have asked for free courses/degrees in photography, psychology, business, photography and now engineering.
Look, if you want a degree you're going to have to pay for it. You're from Italy, won't your government subsidize your education?

    Carla,

There is nothing for FREE, everything have their own price. Even though you join the Military, and Uncle Sam will pay for your college; but you have to sacrifice for your country. By the way, that is the longest sentence I ever seen in my life.

C'mon guys, I'm supposed to be the bitchy one around here. :damnit:

Carla, I gotta tell ya that the boys might be right. We've heard stories about how a person might go to a school in the Netherlands for free but I've never actually known anyone to do it. We also know that there are universities in South Africa and Malaysia that are sooo inexpensive that they're almost free (compared to US schools). That might be as close as you're gonna get to free. Also, I think you'll find that Bachelors level engineering degrees are almost non-existent, at any price. Still, just so that you don't go away empty handed, here's your homework assignment.

My recommendation is watching YouTube videos in Civil Engineering. Then print yourself a certificate, I don't mind to sign it for you.

Warguns did a couple of semesters of a Swedish MBA program for free, and a couple of others off this board have taken free individual courses from Swedish schools, and I think that's what Kizmet is thinking of. That being said, Sweden has changed its laws and foreign students are now charged tutition and fees that are more in line with other EU schools, so it's a moot point.

Fortunato could be right, maybe I'm thinking of warguns and Sweden but I still have a tickle in the back of my brain saying "Amsterdam." If I was a person who litterally had no money to spend on school I would sit down with the list of schools (this is why I gave the list to Carla) and plow through every school website in all those hardcore socialist countries and I'd send emails to every one enquiring about costs, distance learning, etc. You could easily go through the entire list in a weekend.

The last time you could enroll into Sweden's schools for FREE was during Spring 2010. Once you're enrolled you're locked in. I attempted once, but I withdrew my application. Technically it still costs you money for traveling to the campus.

Does anyone know where I can get a PhD in Business for free, preferably in finance or accounting. It needs to be RA, AACSB, B&M, part-time, zero residency, no dissertation required and they have to pay me to attend. Please post links to any programs you find!

Yes, but you have to beat Warren Buffett first.

100% online Civil Engineering degrees are just impossible. Civil Engineering require a lot of field work and hands on practical work. It is just not possible online. (for example you cannot learn Survey bu looking at videos or self-reading text).
Being a life-long learner, the day .com schools are allowed(by RA bodies) to offer these kind of degrees online, i will stop attending school.
