    In some ways, they offer more to part-time soldiers.

    I think that NG soldiers have always been eligible for 75% military tuition assistance, but I'm not sure. In any event, many states have special education programs for their NG soldiers. I think that some states will pay for 100% of a NG soldier's tuition if they go to a public, state institution.


    Also, when you apply for assessment at the ANGI, they give you a print out of all your college credit. This differs from the AARTS transcript, which just includes an assessment of military training and experience.
