I've started getting junk snailmail from these people. Anyone else?

Are they trying to steal marketshare from Phoenix?

 

Since they are owned by Apollo Group:

And Apollo Group also owns U of Phoenix, they probably aren't trying to compete. I guess it's another brand that they are using to appeal to a slightly different niche?
