No, but I know of a few online courses that might cause traumatic brain injury.

In that TBI courses /certificates would fall within special education services:

Hamline University (MN): on-line Graduate TBI certificate requires 12 CH @ $360 /CH
School of Education | Traumatic Brain Injury Certificate

The George Washington University: on-line Graduate Certificate in Transition Special Education and Brain Injury; certificate requires completion of 15-CH.
Center for Education and Human Services in Acquired Brain Injury

Oakland University offers an online graduate course in Educational Implications of Traumatic Brain Injury
Traumatic Brain Injury Educational Implications Graduate Course Special Education Elective - SEHS - Professional Development - Oakland University

    Not expressly TBI, but:

Rowan University (NJ) offers a Post-Baccalaureate Teacher of Students with Disabilities
Teacher of Students with Disabilities: Post-Baccalaureate | CPCE

Rowan University also offers a Graduate Teacher of Students with Disabilities
Teacher of Students with Disabilities: Graduate Endorsement | CGCE

Rowan University offers COGS in Special Education Special Education Certificate of Graduate Study (COGS) | CGCE

If you are actually looking for specific stuff like treatments, and specific information-this site would be the authority. If you are looking for college specific stuff, ignore.
