School Look-a-Likes

    Sorry, but I'm not seeing any similarities. Or maybe I'm missing something.

    I do see the similarities, but only by intentionally looking for them. SFC's logo seems to be a torch, whereas Trident U's logo is, not surprisingly, a trident. The colors are the same, yes, but it's not like there are an infinite number of unique color combinations available for the thousands upon thousands of schools that exist.

    Both have the U shaped wreath ( I am sure there is a technical name for it, laurel or such) and that is pretty common too. I think it is a "greek" symbol of learning or such?

    Well, it should be fine... for example, most of the school adopts the same mascot. Troy University - Trojans, University of Southern California - Trojans, Dakota State University - Trojans.

    It's also that matching dark blue/gold color schemes that do it.

    Not all colors connote quality, something most universities want to convey. Thus bubblegum pink is probably not on the cards. As a result the options for institutions is further limited.
