What degree are you most proud of and why. For me it would be a tossup between the Army school and my BS degree. I think they were more difficult and had a greater sense of urgency to finish them. In the Army school, if I would have failed I would have gone to Ft Sam and been trained as a medic and there was a 90% chance of instant deployment to Kuwait (1991). How is that for an incentive not to fail?

My BS was really stressful because I had to find all the classes and tests to apply to my degree program. I was taking 6-10 tests a week and I don’t this the academic councilor could keep up!

For me it's like Rockefeller said when asked how much money was enough. He said: "Just a little bit more". What degree am I most proud of? The next one.

Not a "degree", but the diploma I'm most proud of is the one I received for completing the Boston Police Mounted Training Academy, an 8-week course that got me from never having been on a horse in my life, to riding a horse down a busy city street at rush-hour. As a matter of fact, that diploma is on the wall of my living room, while all my college diplomas are in a box in my basement.

The only one. Bachelors. I don't have it in hand yet, but I do have the letter of completion, so I'm preemptively self-qualifying myself to vote. :) I hope to have my Masters in a few years, but I can say that the sense of accomplishment that is coming from finally finishing this journey will stay with me for life.

My Masters degree in History ( as of this moment). It took a lot of work. My doctorate is rough too and I think when I am finished it will outrank the MA.

My bachelor's degree. History has aleays been my first love. If I ever complete a master's in history (five washouts so far), I'll change my vote.

I would definitely go with my soon to be earned MA from WNMU. I was really proud of my MS from Walden, but upon reflection, that degree involved a lot of applying material to what I was doing in the classroom. My WNMU degree actually involved independent research, a good deal of writing, and it actually got me interested in other historical topics. I can't wait to graduate, and as you all have seen, I'm promoting the crap out of that school.

My own degree, I unschooled for years frankly I favor that and my big portfolio to the sheepskin issued by a college or university and mine is a far cheaper way to go anyway. Lets call it a Degree without a Degree at whatever level it is.

I currently only hold a technical school certificate and I've never really been all that proud of it. I think I always knew I could do a lot more but I wasn't ready after high school and then when I was ready about 4 years ago I couldn't find a reasonably priced distance learning program that would also allow me to work full time. I enrolled at Baker for about 2 minutes last year but again it was to much imo. I've since moved down to Texas and found a plethora of DL friendly schools.
So anyway to answer the question I am most proud of the degree I am only just now beginning to pursue. It's taken 11 years to get here.

Right now, my B.A. Since it's all I've completed, but when I finish this MBA, that'll take the award. It is a LOT of work, much more than my undergrad ever was, and I have a lot of different priorities in my life now so sometimes this MBA really is a drag. I will be screaming from the rooftops when I finish it!

You may find this amusing. I did---briefly, quit high school, went into Marines, GED, college, law school BUT I always missed not having an actual high school diploma. Called up the principal of my old high school where I completed an unimpressive 2 years, he said even though I now have a BA and JD, he just cannot give me a high school diploma, legally, because I have not completed the course of studies required for it.
So I thought about it awhile, called him back and said I had a proposal for him, but he had to tell me that no one in the history of that school had ever asked this before, and he said ok, tell me. I said, if you write, in calligraphy, at the bottom of the high school diploma the word "Honorary", you can do it, same way Harvard, Yale and others do it.
He did it and sent it to me. There's usually a way around most things. :)

My Auburn degree, because earning a degree while drinking 6 nights a week presents its own set of challenges to overcome.
