Well I know Excelsior College, Thomas Edison and Charter oaks offer this kind of service, and they are accredited to do so. I also ran into a couple of other colleges and universities that might not be operating legally, although they claim the same things as the colleges above, there accreditation is completely unheard of. Excelsior, Edison, and Charter Oak do not offer the "service" of the other places you list. Trinity, Saint Regis, etc. will give you a worthless piece of paper in exchange for money. That's it. It would be much more economical to just design your own and run it off on a laser printer. If you think you've gained the knowledge to challenge the requirements of a legitimate degree, it's necessary to demonstrate it.
