The last communication I got from a regulator there (3 or 4 months ago), when asking about Columbia Commonwealth University and a couple of others, said, in effect, "Yes we have reasonable laws, but in the past we have chosen not to enforce them. A change in policy is under consideration."
That's encouraging to me at least ... I've been toying with the idea of setting up International Dental Floss Tycoon U for years ----- distance graduate degrees for busy dental floss entrepreneurs the world over. Pete
