I saw Dr. B's winter puzzler on another board. The one guy standing up looks like Dr. John Scheel of the infamous Accrediting Commission International. In any case, he is giving away a signed T Shirt.
ACI is the infamous agency that "accredits" schools but won't tell you which ones (it is confidential unless the school reveals it). Its previous incarnation was the subject of an FBI diploma mill sting operation.
Hi You should have gone for it, Garp! I posted there (re: Dr. Scheel) about 10 minutes ago. I'm sure you're right! I read Steve Levicoff's clue-comment about "dead birds" on the "contest" thread and so I knew to check Scheel's site for a pic. of him. I suggested that Dr. Bear keep the T-Shirt and joked that maybe there might be a blank Greenwich degree kicking around, instead. (I'm sure there isn't, and said so.) We'll have to see what he says.
