online career/vocational schools allowing group registration?

I'm running a small consulting/coaching/freelance company and would like to offer my employees the possibility to broaden/deepen their skills and get new qualifications.

It would be way easier if there was the possibility to register groups rather than each student individually.

Anyone knows about online schools offering services for group or workforce?
No need for a very high level qualification, most of our employees here wouldn't be able to write academic-level essays.

Seems that Penn-Foster and Ashworth may offer this service, I'm currently waiting to hear from them.
Anyone knows of any other accredited school offering the services I'm looking for, please tell!

I know of only one that does this and they are a religious school, but they are accredited and very cheap.
