Empire State College....check in here!

Well, I have applied to esc. I'm curious as to who on this forum goes there and what he/she can tell me about the school. My concentration is in politics with a lot of credits being transferred over from John Jay and LIU.

Should I take the social theory, structure, and change with a conc in Poli Sci or should I do a interdisciplinary study w a conc in Poli Sci? I'm very positive I have many credits that can be slotted in. I'm coming in w/ over 60 credits

Anything else I should know about ESC? When do I get my mentor assigned? How smooth is the credit transfers/evaluations from a previous school?
