came across this university and was wondering why you guys knew about them? Wilmington University Distance Learning I am looking at the criminal justice program. Thoughts?
Wilmington U is local to me. In Delaware, its all about U of D. Not saying they have a bad rep, but rather, no real rep at all. I'd like to hear some comments about their DL program, because I have considered them.
Assuming your MO location is correct, it is a little more expensive than similiar DL programs at MO state colleges. Beyond that, I have zero input.
Wilmington University is regionally accredited through Middle States. At $308/credit, undergraduate tuition is reasonable. WU offers a nice discount for active duty military ($250/credit for undergrad). This makes WU competitive with APU/AMU's military tuition rates. WU competes at the NCAA Division II level (if that's important to anyone).
My Mo location is correct for about another 5-6 months then we will be moving to who knows where.. but also I checked out the programs from MO colleges and I prefer the classes offered at Wilmington over anything I have found in MO. I am more interested in criminology/mental stuff than administration etc.
