Stumbled on to this program.....

Creighton University is launching an Ed.D in Leadership online with two on campus residencies. Courses are 8 weeks long, tuition is $850 per hour. It is a little pricey but it would have decent name recognition since they are a very old, respected, Jesuit Catholic B&M university. Looks interesting.

Benedictine University in Illinois also offers an online EdD in Higher Education & Organizational Change. Their tuition is $510 per quarter credit and $750 per semester credit.
