Would a decent RA MBA program waive foundation course requirements?

I come from a tech background, but may be interested in pursuing an MBA in the near future. As such, I don't have many business-related undergrad courses.

What are the chances that a school like ENMU would overlook that? What If I managed a decent GMAT score? Does anyone know of any relatively inexpensive RA DL MBA programs that are forgiving in this, or would taking at least a few undergrad business courses help my chances?

Some (perhaps many, I have not made a systematic study) will let you CLEP out of the foundation courses. Chadron State, another fine RA MBA at low cost, will.

State/public universities are known to be very rigid with udergrad business course requirements (or what many of them call business "common body knowledge"). However, there are now lots of schools that are flexible with specific undergrad business course requirements. I would discourage you from taking undergrad business courses before even applying. It is better to take graduate level undergrad equivalencies or prerequisites, that way, you have many graduate credits that can help you qualify to teach. Have you looked at the MBA program at Wilmington University? What about the MBA program at Bellevue University? McKendree University also offer a fine MBA program. Another issue you should take into consideration is the pace at which you can finish. If you attend a state/public institution that requires many undergrad business course prerequisites, it may take you forever to finish because many of them run three terms a year only. So even if the tuition is cheap, it can add up quickly and the time it would take you to finish may not make such program worth it. Something to think about...

I asked the head of the online business school (err, sorry, I can't remember his name or title), and he told me that they accept exam-for-credit to fill the prerequisites.

The website also mentions that GMAT is waived for those with a 3.0 GPA in their prerequisites. I'm not sure how that would work if they are all completed through exam, however.

Typically the only requirements MBA programs have that I have seen are micro- and macro- economics and an intro to accounting course. I know a lot of full time programs just have a 2-3 week crash course in those subjects for students who have no business background that they hold the month prior tot he term beginning...not sure how online/distance programs address this issue, but it sounds like they will allow you to test out.
