Maybe you could tell us how much you can afford. Also, where do you live?

I assume you mean the whole degree should not cost more than $20,000 USD, or are you using a different currency?

There is always Aspen University, which has been the subject of much discussion on this board; I'm not sure how much it would be, but I'm sure it's much less than $20K. Here is a link to their fee schedule: Online Graduate, Undergraduate, and Certificate Programs - Aspen University It appears that they offer bachelor's degrees.

I don't know where you're getting your information but UNISA does not cost even a small fraction of that amount. Go read the website.

From post number one I assumed that zeineb lived in Iraq but now I agree that the Open University is a good choice.

Also if zeineb can work on his own there is the University of London; they have a BSc in Math and economics

Costs are very reasonable -- probably less than 5,000 UK pounds sterling.

Both of these schools may require you to coplete prerequisites (my daughter had to take several GCE A levels to gain entrance to a UK university although she has a USA high school diploma.
The U of London Access route may satisfy such a requirement Access course route - LSE - University of London International Programmes - Key points

There is also a list of acceptable entry requirements by country:
    http://www.londoninternational.ac.uk/how_to_apply/application_process/entrance_quals.pdf

It is interesting that high school diplomas from almost every european country are acceptable, but US high school diploma is not.

They recognize canadian high school diplomas, but from US students they require two AP exams. In theory, a student from US can enter with two AP exams and no high school diploma.

In theory, one could. In practice, one should have at least taken some college-level calculus courses before attempting the distance learning Mathematics and Economics degree. Most of the people who do well in that program are in Asian countries which have local institutions that teach the curriculum, so they are just using the UofL for the final exam.

I'm not saying a bright American HS graduate couldn't pass that program, but I found it to be crazy hard.
