M.A. in Philosophy via Distance via Research

All,

I know about Unisa's master's program in Philosophy that's geared toward distance delivery. I like it because it's done by research, not via coursework/thesis. Does anyone know of other programs that are like this (MA Philosophy via distance/research)?

You could try one of the other South African universities such as Pretoria or Stellenbosch. There's only about a dozen of them so it wouldn't take long to sprint through the sites to see what they've got. Beyond that I think that you should look to some of the Australian universities. Check out Charles Sturt U, Deakin, Edith Cowan U, etc. You'll discover that there's a huge difference in price between the South African schools and the Australian schools so if your at all concerned with costs then it's probably worth the time to carefully go through the South African schools before hitting the ones in Australia.
