How much will tuition fees cost at Lund University?

Lund University has now confirmed tuition fee levels, with most courses and programmes priced between €10,000-€15,000 per year (in SEK: 90 000-140 000 per year). Higher prices apply to some medicine, arts and special programmes offered at Lund. An application fee of approximately €100 (SEK 900) will also be charged at all Swedish universities.

The full list of tuition fees for each programme and course being offered in the autumn 2011 term is not yet available, but will be published prior to the application round opening in December 2010.

If I'm following this correctly (90,000.00 SEK = 12,913.07 USD), it looks pretty expensive.
