Question about Peru State proctor exam

So I have a quick question about Peru State Colleges proctor exam. I am aware that as of fall of this year, they have gone to proctor exams.

Last night while doing some research on this matter, I saw that they actually offer a proctor exam that allows you to take the test at home with a web-cam and a microphone.

I e-mailed PSC about this earlier to get some more info. Does anybody know anything about this.

There is also a chance its not Peru State that offers this. I was on about 5 different colleges websites last night and it could of been another school that I have confused--but I am pretty sure it was Peru.
